Customers are unable to access specific URLs or custom pages in their portal environments, resulting in error messages or timeouts.
 

Reason:

  • This may be caused by an expired website key authentication.
  • Specific custom pages may take longer to load, resulting in a 'Request timed out' error, while other pages function correctly.

 

Resolution:
For custom pages not loading:

  1. Check if this occurs for all users.
  2. Test the page in different browsers or in an Incognito session.
  3. Capture network logs while reproducing the issue and analyze for errors.
  4. If the page is still not loading, consider reviewing the page configuration and any plugins that may affect performance.
  5. Run a site checker to identify any configuration issues.
  6. Restart the portal and check if the performance issue persists.
