Customers are unable to access specific URLs or custom pages in their portal environments, resulting in error messages or timeouts.
Reason:
- This may be caused by an expired website key authentication.
- Specific custom pages may take longer to load, resulting in a 'Request timed out' error, while other pages function correctly.
Resolution:
For custom pages not loading:
- Check if this occurs for all users.
- Test the page in different browsers or in an Incognito session.
- Capture network logs while reproducing the issue and analyze for errors.
- If the page is still not loading, consider reviewing the page configuration and any plugins that may affect performance.
- Run a site checker to identify any configuration issues.
- Restart the portal and check if the performance issue persists.
