What’s happening?
The portal has expired in both production and UAT environments, and the user is unable to re-create the portal using existing data due to changes in the user interface.
Reason:
The user may not have the required roles and permissions in Microsoft Power Platform, or website creation may be disabled in the tenant.
Resolution:
Ensure the following pre-requisites are met:
- A user account with Write Access Mode.
- System Administrator role.
- Permissions to register an app in Azure AD.
- If website creation is disabled in the tenant, the user will need at least one of the following roles to create a website: Global Administrator, Dynamics 365 Administrator, or Power Platform Administrator.
If issues persist, consider updating the Dynamics 365 instance for the Power Platform site.
