What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing an error in the site health check related to the application user configuration, specifically when changing the business unit of the portal user.


Reason:
The error occurs because the application user is assigned to a business unit that differs from the root business unit. This discrepancy prevents the assignment of the root business unit role to the application user.


Resolution:

  1. Change the business unit of the application user to the root business unit in the production environment. This change should resolve the error without impacting the portal.
  2. Ensure that the application user has the necessary roles assigned, including:
  • Service writer role
  • Service deleter role
  • Application user role
If issues persist, verify that the application user is added to the ‘System Administrator’ Field Security Profile/Column Security profile. For guidance, refer to the documentation on how to add users to field security profiles.
