What’s happening?
Customers are unable to adjust custom pricing dimensions on a time-correction journal. Attempts to set custom pricing dimensions on the journal entity form do not reflect correctly in the associated journal line records.
 

Reason:
The current system design does not support making edits to custom pricing dimensions directly through correction journals. 
 

Resolution:

  1. Recall the time, material, or expense entry back to draft status.
  2. Make the necessary edits to the custom pricing dimensions.
  3. Re-submit and approve the entries.
