Customers need guidance on how to view the actual consumption of assigned logins and understand the monthly usage reports for their portals.
Reason:
This arises from a lack of clarity on how to access and interpret the consumption reports related to portal logins and monthly active users (MAU).
Resolution:
To view the actual consumption of assigned portal logins, follow these steps:
1. Access the Power Platform Admin Center.
2. Download the consumption report as outlined in the documentation: Website capacity consumption reports | Microsoft Learn.
3. The report will provide details on the number of authenticated sign-ins and anonymous user site accesses for Power Pages websites across all environments for a tenant.
