What’s happening?
After resetting the environment, the customer's website was unexpectedly renamed to an alphanumeric identifier. The customer is unable to change it back to the desired name, which affects their custom domain, SSL certificate, and OAuth identity broker.
Reason:
This occurred due to the creation of a "ghost" portal with the name "dev" during the import of the site, which prevented the customer from renaming the existing portal.
Resolution:
- The product team deleted the ghost record of the site with the name "dev."
- After the deletion, the customer was able to successfully change the name of the existing site back to "dev."
