What’s happening?
The Yes/No field does not hold data when transitioning to the next step in a multi-step form. The information is present in the backend, but when revisiting the stage in the process, the field appears empty, even though the data was previously entered.
Reason:
This is related to a known bug involving the use of the "Ignore Default Value" metadata in forms. The behavior is specifically observed when this setting is enabled for the field name.
Bug: https://dev.azure.com/dynamicscrm/OneCRM/_workitems/edit/4465717
Resolution:
- Avoid using the "Ignore Default Value" feature on forms until the bug is resolved.
- Confirm that the configuration is done correctly for the entities involved in the multi-step form.
- If this persists, further investigation may be required to determine if there are any additional factors influencing the behavior of the Yes/No fields.
