What’s happening?
Customers are unable to receive email notifications for platform maintenance updates.
Reason:
Starting from a specified date, only users assigned the Dynamics 365 administrator or Power Platform administrator role in the Microsoft 365 admin center or Microsoft Entra admin center will receive email notifications.

Resolution:
To ensure continued notifications, please assign the user an admin role by the specified date. Users can manage their notification preferences within the Microsoft 365 admin center, selecting options to receive email notifications in weekly digest format, major updates only, or data privacy messages. However, the weekly digest option is currently available for managed environments only.
