What’s happening?
The classic UI user form does not render and displays an endless "loading business logic" message, preventing users from performing user management tasks such as assigning security roles or updating fields.

This is a known problem affecting forms based on the Web Client, specifically present in version 9.2.24114.00208 and later. The functionality may have been deprecated.

Resolution:
As a workaround, users can utilize the Power Apps Admin Center or the Power Platform Environment Settings app to perform necessary user management tasks. Most advanced settings can be accessed through these platforms.
