What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with bulk price adjustments where current prices are being updated incorrectly, affecting past prices as well.

Reason:
The underlying cause of this is related to the process of adjusting prices in bulk, which inadvertently updates historical prices when current prices are modified.

Resolution:
To resolve this, follow these steps: - Retrieve all current prices through the supplier. - Select the prices to a new journal for editing. - Open the journal in Excel using the add-in. - Adjust the "to date" of the current prices in Excel efficiently using the auto-fill feature. - Copy the current prices and paste them below, adjusting the "from date" again using auto-fill for the remaining lines (ensure the "to date" is emptied, which can be done with a multi-select and delete action). - Publish the lines after making the adjustments. - Perform the price adjustment for current prices with a specified percentage (e.g., 4%).
If the issue persists, further investigation may be required to check for any customizations or design limitations that could be affecting the price adjustment functionality.
