What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with asynchronous jobs not completing, leading to error messages such as "The system is currently too busy to process the request." There are concerns about these asynchronous jobs being stuck in the queue for an extended period.

Reason:
The underlying cause of this appears to be related to low memory resources allocated to the AOS (Application Object Server). The environment has been observed to have insufficient memory, which may prevent asynchronous jobs from completing in a timely manner.

Resolution:

  1. An internal ticket was raised with the engineering team to address the memory issues.
  2. The memory has been increased from a lower capacity to a higher capacity on both AOS and Batch AOS.
  3. For the changes to take effect, a deployment or enabling and disabling of maintenance mode is required.
  4. Customers should confirm if the issue has been resolved after these changes. If the problem persists, further assistance should be requested.
