Reason:
The user is missing the prvReadmsdyn_ElectronicReportingConfigurationsIndexFile privilege for the entity msdyn_electronicreportingconfigurationsindexfile.
 

Resolution:

  1. Check User Access: Ensure that the application user has access to the necessary Dataverse environment.
  2. Set Up Security Roles/Permissions: Properly set up the security roles and permissions in the Dataverse environment. Assign the missing privilege to one of the principal (user/team) roles.
