What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing significant slowness in business activities, with users taking excessive time to open the home page and generating customer invoices. The overall performance is impacting business processes, leading to high resource consumption and several application crashes.
Reason:
High memory usage was detected in the environment, which was contributing to the general slowness and resource consumption issues.
Resolution:
- An additional Application Object Server (AOS) was added to the environment to help manage the load.
- Additional memory was allocated to the batch AOS servers to improve performance.
- The current infrastructure consists of 7 AOS and 4 Batch AOS, each with 24 GB of memory.
