What’s happening?
Users received the message "The server took too long to respond" when trying to print the core label, which usually prints quickly.
Reason:
This was caused by multiple AOS (Application Object Server) restarts and crashes due to memory issues. Specifically, there were instances of "Out of Memory" errors occurring during the time users attempted to print.
Resolution:
- Monitor the AOS status and performance, particularly during busy hours.
- Inform users to avoid exporting to Excel during peak times to prevent high memory usage.
- If the issue persists, consider implementing limitations on the number of rows that can be exported to Excel to mitigate memory consumption.
- Follow up with users to confirm if the issue has been resolved or if further assistance is needed.
