Users encounter an error message stating, "Cannot select a record in transaction. Access Denied: You do not have sufficient authorization to modify data in the database," when attempting to access specific forms related to voucher transactions.
Reason:
This arises due to insufficient user roles or permissions assigned to the user attempting to access the form, particularly in specific legal entities.
Resolution:
- Verify the security roles assigned to the affected user and compare them with another user who has access to the form in the same legal entity.
- Schedule a meeting with the user to discuss and review the security roles to identify discrepancies that may be causing the access denial.
