What’s happening?
Users are unable to retrain AI Builder models after copying them to a new environment, as the retrain button is blocked in the new environment.
Reason:
This is a known limitation when distributing AI Builder models to a new environment.
Resolution:
- As a workaround, users can create a new AI model using the same samples from the previous model.
