What’s happening?
The customer is unable to locate a specific environment in the list of environments for Power Virtual Agents (PVA). When attempting to access the environment using its GUID, the page remains in a spinning state and does not load.
 

Reason:

  • The environment may have been deleted or is currently unavailable.
  • The user may not have the necessary permissions to view or access the environment.
  • There could be a system-wide issue affecting the visibility of environments.
  • The environment's GUID may be incorrect or the environment may be misconfigured.
  • A recent update or change in the system could have caused a glitch or bug that affects environment listings.

 

Resolution:

  • Escalate the security role to environment maker to ensure the user has the necessary permissions.
  • Verify if the environment is still active and has not been deleted or archived.
  • Check for any ongoing maintenance or known issues in the Power Platform admin center that might be causing this.
  • Attempt to access the environment list from a different browser or in incognito/private mode to rule out browser-related issues.
  • Clear the browser cache or use a different device to access the list of environments.
