Customers are experiencing frustration when attempting to create support tickets within Power Apps, particularly when using the '?' sign to access the support ticket form. If they click outside the form area after filling it out, all entered information is lost, requiring them to start over.

This arises from the design of the support ticket submission process within Power Apps, where clicking outside the form area clears all filled information.

To resolve this, customers can submit support tickets through an alternative method by navigating through the Power Platform Admin Center. This method allows them to bypass the issue of losing information when clicking outside the form area.
