What’s happening?
The advanced settings in Microsoft Dynamics are not functioning correctly, specifically with the security roles and users page not loading properly.
Reason:
This is related to the use of legacy advanced find settings, which is causing the advanced settings to malfunction.
Resolution:
- Change the setting in the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC) under Environments > Settings > Product Features to enable advanced setting redirection. This will switch the UI to the newer versions.
- Verify that the affected users have all required licenses and permissions on the app.
