What’s happening?
Assistance is required to extend the trial environment for a customer, specifically for the Dataverse environment which has expired.
Reason:
The automatic environment clean-up job will delete the organization after 7 days of expiry, preventing recovery of the environment.
Resolution:
- The customer's trial Dataverse environment can be extended from 30 days.
