What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing an error during account creation on the Point of Sale (POS) system, which prevents the successful writing of data to the entity contacts. The error message indicates that the user has not been assigned any license, resulting in a "Forbidden" status code.
Reason:
This is caused by the absence of a valid license for the user attempting to perform the action. This can occur if the user account has been removed from the Azure tenant or if the workflow process is owned by a team member who is no longer part of the project.
Resolution:
- Ensure that the user attempting to create the customer account has been assigned a valid license. This can be done by contacting the system administrator to assign the necessary licenses.
- If this persists, check if the workflow process is owned by an active account. If it is owned by an inactive account, reassign the process to an active admin account.
- After making the necessary changes, test the account creation process again to confirm that the error has been resolved.
