What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with the audit history in Dynamics environments, specifically the Audit History navigation/subgrid is not visible on the Business Unit form, despite being enabled and present in the form editor.
 
Reason:
By design.
 
Resolution:
The absence of the Audit History tab on the Business Unit form is considered expected behavior, and a feature request has been raised for future consideration.
