What’s happening?
In the Copilot agent, customers are inquiring about the availability of a feature to clear previous conversations and start a fresh conversation.
 

Reason:
The clear agent conversation feature is not visible when a Copilot is embedded in a canvas through a PCF component.
 

Resolution:

  • If the customer is trying to clear the chat in the Copilot Studio, they can attempt to use the refresh button in the chat pane.
  • For scenarios involving Teams integration enter "Restart" or "Start again".
  • For other Microsoft platforms, further clarification on the specific platform may be required to provide appropriate guidance.
