What’s happening?
Advisory on how to apply an hourly filter on the CRM Interactive Dashboard.
Reason:
This is a limitation on the Interactive Dashboard: the "Time frame" cannot be customized to a different length other than the pre-defined ones.
Resolution:
- Create a view with a filter to show items created within the last 1 hour.
- Add that view as a stream in the dashboard.
- Note that both the view filters and the time frame filter will be applied simultaneously. For example, if the view is set to "last 1 hour" but the time frame is set to "last week," it will not return any results.
- Be aware that this view will be fixed to the filter, meaning it cannot be changed dynamically like the Time frame option. You may need to create a separate dashboard for this.
