What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing issues with duplicate identity provider options on the sign-in page.
Reason:
The identity provider settings were duplicated, leading to multiple options appearing on the sign-in page.
Resolution:
- Access the Power Pages design studio using the appropriate link.
- Open the affected portal after selecting the correct environment.
- From the left side navigation, click on "Identity Provider" under the Security section.
- Click on the three dots next to the identity provider that is duplicated and select "Disable."
- After making changes, restart the portal from the admin center by navigating to the Power Platform admin center, selecting the affected website, and choosing the "Restart site" option.
