What’s happening?
Customers are experiencing problems extending their AI Builder free trial.
Reason:
The trial can only be extended a limited number of times, after which a purchase of a license is required.
Resolution:
- Customers should refer to the documentation for more information on trial extensions: AI Builder Trial FAQ.
- As a workaround, customers can create another user account to obtain another free trial for this new user.
