What’s happening?
The customer encounters an error message stating "Cannot read property '__esModule' of undefined" when attempting to click on the environment app within the Power Platform Admin Center.
Reason:
This is likely caused by using an outdated version of the browser, specifically Edge 87, which is no longer supported for Power Platform products.
Resolution:
- Update the browser to the latest version of Microsoft Edge to ensure compatibility with Power Platform products.
- If the issue persists after updating the browser, consider trying the following troubleshooting steps:
- Ensure that the browser being used is up to date.
- Test the application in the browser's InPrivate, Incognito, or Guest mode.
- Attempt to access the application using a different supported browser.
- Disable all browser extensions and add-ons.
- If possible, try accessing the application from another device.
- If the problem continues, obtain a network trace while reproducing the issue and refer to the provided guidelines for capturing network traces.
