What’s happening?
When all Web roles are assigned to a contact, an error occurs stating: "Number of link entity: 16 exceed limit 15."
Reason:
The error regarding the link entity limit is due to a product limitation where the Fetch XML query has a maximum limit of 15 linked tables. This occurs when too many web roles are assigned, exceeding the allowed limit.
Resolution:
To resolve the link entity limit error, the customer needs to review and restructure the web roles to ensure that no more than 15 linked entities are assigned. It is recommended to accommodate users within this limit.
