What’s happening?
One user is experiencing issues with two-factor authentication (2FA) when attempting to log into the Power Apps application, while multiple other users can log in successfully.
Reason:
This appears to be isolated to one user, potentially related to the user's configuration in Azure Active Directory or issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app after an iOS update.
Resolution:
- Verify if the user's iOS version is updated.
- Instruct the user to uninstall both the Power Apps and Microsoft Authenticator apps from their device.
- Have the user reinstall both apps to see if this resolves the issue.
- If the issue persists, check the user's configuration in Azure Active Directory.
- Attempt to log in using different credentials to determine if the issue is specific to the user's account.
