What’s happening?
Customers need assistance in identifying any external connections to their Power Platform environment prior to enabling tenant isolation.

Reason:
The need to determine external connections arises from the requirement to ensure that enabling tenant isolation does not disrupt any existing integrations or connections.

Resolution:
To find any external connections to a Power Platform environment, follow these steps:
1. Log into make.powerapps.com as the service account.
2. Select the target Power Platform environment from the list of environments.
3. Go to "More" in the left-side navigation menu and select "Connections."
4. Additionally, run cross-tenant isolation reports to identify tenants that may need to be exempt from isolation policies.
For more information on creating these reports, refer to the tutorial on creating cross-tenant isolation reports: Restrict cross-tenant inbound and outbound access - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn.
If the connections section is blank, it is safe to conclude that there are currently no external connections.
