What’s happening?
When a customer attempts to save a record on the main form, an alert box appears stating "Saving in Progress – Please wait while saving is completed." This issue has been reported to affect only a few end users.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this was identified as the end user clicking the save button multiple times, which caused the system to not function as expected.
Resolution:
- Advise the customer to ensure that the save button is clicked only once to avoid this potential issue.
