What’s happening?
System removes the Regarding Object from emails unexpectedly, affecting the user's ability to track and manage email correspondence effectively.
Reason:
The removal of the Regarding Object is caused by incoming mail synchronization due to ManualTrack in Dynamics 365 for Outlook. It is suspected that the user may have manually tracked the emails, which triggers this behavior.
Resolution:
- Check if the user has manually tracked the emails in Dynamics 365 for Outlook: Track Outlook email by choosing a button in Dynamics 365 for Outlook | Microsoft Learn ; and untrack if so.
