What’s happening?
Customers are unable to manually deactivate a site in Power Pages and are seeking guidance on how to do so.
Reason:
The system does not provide a method for manually deactivating a site. Instead, sites become inactive based on specific conditions being met, which are not intended for manual deactivation.
Resolution:
- To deactivate a site, ensure that the conditions outlined in the following documentation are met: Reactivate a Website.
- If the goal is to prevent user access, consider using the maintenance mode feature, which can be enabled as described in the following documentation: Enable Maintenance Mode.
