Reason:
The underlying cause is the customer's requirement to access activity logs related to Dynamics for a particular user.
 

Resolution:

  • Suggested the customer check the document titled "Microsoft Dataverse and model-driven apps activity logging - Power Platform | Microsoft Learn" for details on activity logging.
  • Informed the customer that if the necessary audit settings are enabled, audit logs will be available.
  • Recommended using the Microsoft Purview feature to view the audit/access logs.
  • Provided a link to additional information on searching the audit log in the Office 365 Security & Compliance Center.
