Erase Old Broken Environment and Make New Environment Default

What’s happening?
The customer is unable to erase an old broken environment and set a new environment as the default.
 

Reason:
The default environment cannot be erased or deleted directly.
 

Resolution:

1. Create a new production environment without Dataverse.
2. Swap the default environment with the newly created production environment. This will make the production environment the default.
3. After the swap, delete the old default environment.
4. Optionally, export/import customizations or data from the old default environment to the new default environment as needed.
