What’s happening?
Several users experienced an unexpected change in their last names to "#", which was altered by a service user.
Reason:
The changes made to the users' last names appear to be expected, indicating that someone on the customer's side may have modified it.
Resolution:
- Investigate the user records in the system to confirm the changes.
- Check the audit history for the service user responsible for the changes to verify which attributes were altered.
- If unexpected values are found, update the user records accordingly.
