Resolution
To resolve these issues, follow the steps below:

  1. Connector Retrieval Issues
    • Ensure the environment is correctly configured and the user has the necessary permissions
    • Validate that the connector is supported and properly deployed
    • If using custom connectors, verify that the Swagger/OpenAPI definitions are correctly structured
  2. Execution Errors
    • Collect the following information to assist with troubleshooting:
      • The exact command or flow being executed
      • A full screenshot or screen recording showing the error
    • Check for delegation warnings in Power Apps Studio
    • Use the Monitor tool in Power Apps to trace data calls and identify bottlenecks
  3. CSV Output Issues
    • Ensure the data being processed is in a supported format
    • Validate that the flow or app logic generating the CSV is correctly implemented
    • If using Excel or SharePoint as a source, confirm that the data is formatted as a table and that column names are compatible
  4. General Troubleshooting
    • Use the App Checker and Flow Checker tools to identify configuration or logic issues
    • Disable browser extensions and test in a supported browser (preferably Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome 64-bit)
    • Clear browser cache and cookies if issues persist
    • Refer to Microsoft Learn documentation for additional guidance

If the issue persists after following these steps, escalate with the collected session details and logs to Microsoft Support for further investigation.
