What’s happening?
Users are unable to redeem invitations on the Power Pages site. The form is rendered outside of the page and appears empty, leading to an overlay when attempting to redeem an invitation. Additionally, an error message may occur stating "Object reference not set to an instance of an object."


Reason:
This is caused by the "HTTP/Content-Security-Policy" (CSP) site setting being enabled in the Power Pages site, which can interfere with the functionality of invitation redemption.


Resolution:

  1. Disable the "HTTP/Content-Security-Policy" site setting in the Power Pages management application.
  2. Clear the cache and configuration settings of the portal.
  3. Restart the portal to ensure that changes take effect.
If this is resolved after disabling the CSP setting, it is recommended to monitor for any potential impacts on security and functionality.
