Unable to get email-formatted attachments (such as EML, MSG, and ICS) from Exchange Online. The process is being skipped as if there are no attachments, despite their presence. Other file formats are saved correctly.

Unable to get email-formatted attachments (such as EML, MSG, and ICS) from Exchange Online. The process is being skipped as if there are no attachments, despite their presence. Other file formats are saved correctly.
Reason:
This is caused by the inability of the system to process email format files (EML, MSG, and ICS) in the trigger response. These file types cannot be used in trigger responses due to restrictions.
Resolution:
To work around this, it is suggested to attach the email format files within a ZIP archive before processing them. For further information, refer to the documentation on Office 365 Outlook - Connectors.
