What’s happening?
Customers are requesting extensions for their Power Pages trial instances, which are approaching expiration.
Reason:
According to the Power Pages lifecycle, trial instances cannot be extended beyond their initial period. Once the trial expires, the site will be suspended and subsequently deleted after a grace period.
Resolution:
- It is not possible to extend the Power Pages trial. The only option available is to convert the trial site into a production site. For guidance on this process, refer to the documentation on converting a website from trial to production.
- If the trial has expired, customers can create a new trial portal in the same environment and transfer the data from the expired portal by selecting "Use data from existing website record."
