What’s happening?
Unable to share AI Builder prompts for specific groups, despite these groups being available in the portal. An error indicates that the mentioned groups are not found.
Reason:
The underlying cause of this is that the M365 security group created is not visible for the specified teams groups when attempting to share the AI Builder prompt.
Resolution:
- To share a prompt, ensure that a team is created in the Power Platform Admin Center (PPAC).
- If the groups are not visible, consider sharing the prompt with individual users to unblock the execution of the prompt via a flow.
