What’s happening?
The request was made to add the Denodo connector to the list of approved connectors for use in Power Apps and Power Automate, similar to its existing setup in Power BI. Currently, the Denodo connector is only supported in Power BI for both Semantic models and Dataflows, as well as in Fabric environments. However, it is not supported in Power Apps or Power Automate at this time.

Reason:
Due to functional restrictions in Power Platform connectors, the Denodo connector is not available for Power Apps and Power Automate. Denodo has indicated that they cannot create a generic connector for these platforms because of limitations in their API access.

It is recommended to create a custom connector to use in Power Apps dataflows to utilize Denodo API actions. A request for the addition of the Denodo connector to the supported list has been submitted to Denodo for consideration. For further assistance, it may be necessary to engage a cloud solution architect to help with the development of a custom connector or to submit a direct change request for the extension of the Denodo connector to be made available for the Power Platform.
