What’s happening?
The OBO Customer free text invoice export using the Data Management Framework (DMF) is resulting in a partially succeeded status.


Reason:
An SQL duplicate key exception was identified during the export process.


Resolution:

  • Review the data for any duplicate entries that may be causing the SQL duplicate key exception.
  • After addressing any duplicates, retry the export process using the DMF.
