What’s happening?
The profile image upload is not functioning correctly with the built-in function, resulting in an error message indicating a data service error.
Reason:
This is known to occur when the file name is not set, defaulting to "untitled.txt." If the file extension for .txt is blocked, the upload will fail.
Resolution:
- Access the Power Portal Admin Center.
- Navigate to the environment where the portal exists.
- Go to settings in the top menu.
- Under the product section, select privacy settings.
- Remove .txt from the list of blocked extensions.
