What’s happening?
In the pickup order screen, only the date is displayed, and the customer is unable to view the corresponding time.

Reason:
This arises from the configuration settings in the system that do not allow for the display of both date and time in the pickup order screen.

Resolution:
To retrieve the date and time in the pickup order screen, configure the time slot feature in the headquarters. Follow these steps:
1. Go to the Commerce setup.
2. Select "Store pickup time slot."
3. Choose "New" to create a new time slot template or select an existing template from the left pane.
4. Enter values in the "Time Slot" and "Description" fields.
5. On the "Order Pickup - Time Settings" FastTab, select "Add."
6. In the "Order Pickup - Time Settings" dialog box, define the following:
- Date range
- Mode of delivery
- Active hours of delivery
- Active days
- Time slot interval
- Slots per interval
- Other relevant settings
Ensure to save the changes, and the date and time should now be visible in the pickup order screen.
