What’s happening?
Customers are unable to differentiate between multiple connections using the "HTTP with Entra ID (pre-authorized)" connector, as all connections are named using the same user account, leading to confusion regarding which connection corresponds to which endpoint.
Reason:
The current behavior of the system is by design, and there is no existing functionality to label or rename the connections to distinguish them from one another.
Resolution:
- It is advised to clean up connections by ensuring that only necessary connections are available, rather than having multiple orphaned connections for the same account. This should help streamline the process and minimize confusion.
- As of now, there is no workaround available for labeling connections, and the issue has been recognized as a feature request by the product group team. Further updates will be provided as they become available.
