What’s happening?
The system does not pick the address in the table if the address/location is inactive.

Reason:
The behavior is by design, as confirmed by the product team.

Resolution:

It was suggested to use the system to export address history and manually map it with the validTo field to meet requirements.
No out-of-the-box workaround is available for this issue.
