 For the Power Pages site, customizing the footer template/page results in an unwanted scrollbar appearing on the page. Additionally, there are requests for assistance with realigning the footer on a Power Page.


Reason:

Resolution:
For the scrollbar issue:

  • It has been confirmed that removing the scrollbar is not possible as it is the intended functionality of the Power Pages.
For the footer alignment issue:
  • The first issue related to footer misalignment was resolved by following the steps outlined in the article "Tutorial: How to use code components in Power Pages" provided by Microsoft.
  • If further adjustments are needed, consider using custom JavaScript to replicate the behavior of business rules in Power Pages, as standard business rules may not function as expected within this environment.
