What’s happening?
The customer is experiencing a 401 Unauthorized error when attempting to integrate SharePoint Online with Power Pages. The error occurs when the user tries to paste the SharePoint URL in the document management settings.
Reason:
The user does not have the system admin role, which is required for the integration process.
Resolution:
- Assign the system admin role to the user.
- After assigning the role, the user should be able to paste the SharePoint URL in the document management settings successfully.
