What’s happening?
The upload button displayed during file uploads on basic forms is hardcoded to "Upload" and is not translated into other languages.
Reason:
This has been identified as a bug related to the hardcoded text of the upload button, which does not support translation when multiple languages are enabled in the form settings.
Resolution:
- A fix for this is planned for release in the first quarter of 2025.
- Customers are advised to check the portal version to ensure it is up to date.
- If this persists after the deployment of the fix, customers should verify if any custom scripts have been added to the current setup and confirm if the language option is published correctly.
